1. The primary aim of the welfare association is to foster strong collaboration among our

layout members, offering comprehensive advise, guidance, advocating for the welfare,

and protection of all residents through various programmes and initiatives.

2. Organize a diverse range of social, educational, cultural and recreational activities to

benefit residents, such as workshops, events and cultural festivals.

3. To Protect the parks, playgrounds and civic amenities sites.

4. To Address the general grievances of the layout with the concerned government

organisations / officials.

(The association will not entertain their personal/ individual grievances.)

5. Cultivate unity and cooperation among members through regular community gatherings,neighborhood, watch programmes volunteer initiatives and other collaborative projectsaimed at enhancing community development cohesion resilience.

6. Ensure transparent and accountable management of association funds, with strict

adherence to financial regulations and reporting standards, Also exploring opportunities

for fund raising and grants to support community development projects.

7. Uphold compliance with layout rules, regulations and bylaws by providing residents with

access to relevant information, guidance on compliance procedures, safety and harmony

within the community.
